Increase the flow rate of the gas circulation pipeline; change the blower’s operation mode from automatic to manual. First, start the blower that is to be used, then gradually shut down the other blower, and adjust the blower’s suction force and the pressure behind the machine to stable levels.
As a supplementary point: while opening the outlet valve of the standby unit, close the outlet valve of the operating unit simultaneously; as the speed of the standby unit is gradually increased, the speed of the operating unit should be gradually decreased. During the machine replacement process, it is necessary to maintain stable gas suction in front of the pre-cooler and the pressure in the coke oven gas collection pipe at all times.
