I joined the construction site in 2007 to carry out various installation tasks and learn relevant skills, and I was involved in multiple start-up and shutdown processes. I am now sharing the various accidents I have experienced with everyone. 1. During the heating of the hot air furnace, an explosion occurred, causing the chimney cover to fly off. 2. Full closure of the recirculation air vent valve caused the S1103 explosion-proof plate to crack. 3. Smoldering in the V1205 high-pressure coal storage tank during shutdown (the handling procedure prevented the incident from escalating). 4. During operation, one set of the fly ash filter backflush valves stopped functioning; they were restored to service after the fault was resolved without shutting down the plant. 5. A few words on that as well: burner nozzle leakage, damaged burners, high pressure difference in the gasification furnace (leaks in the pipes inside the furnace), oxygen tube explosions, etc
