I am a transformation operator, working the three-shift schedule. I rarely have the chance to search for information online, as after work I just want to sleep and take care of everyday tasks. Even when I do have time to look up information online, I first use Baidu and then forums. So I think we shouldn’t turn a blind eye to our so-called “childish problems” and ignore them! After all, I believe the purpose of a forum should be to compare, learn from each other, strive to improve, help one another, and surpass one another, with the goal of making collective progress and contributing modestly to our country’s chemical industry. My feelings about going to work are mixed: on one hand, it’s for a living, but on the other hand, I feel guilty. The environmental damage caused by the chemical industry is obvious to all, so the only solution is to keep learning and improving my skills in order to reduce pollution. The phrase \"Pollution is a form of waste\" still makes me feel ashamed to this day! Since we are all part of the large family of the “Haichuan Chemical Forum,” we should help one another and make progress together. Please forgive any biases present!
I’m not sure what you have questions about?? I believe there are many people who will be happy to help you answer them. Society needs to develop, and sometimes certain things have to be sacrificed. What we can do is to minimize waste. You need to work harder; I look forward to seeing you achieve success!!

Member cuikk is an experienced professional in the synthetic ammonia industry, but his reply to this post was also not detailed enough. “Thermal washing” generally refers to using steam or hot soft water to flush the system. For medium-temperature catalysts, it would be more accurate to use the term “reduction”; perhaps this is why there are few replies to this post.
