The superheated wastewater from the bottom of the distillation tower (at 108 degrees) was originally designed to be discharged directly after being cooled by cooling water. 1. Used to preheat the low-temperature medium entering the distillation tower; 2. Is such hot water required inside the device as flushing water, or for use in insulation bypass pipes and jackets? ; 3. It can be used as a heat source for small air conditioners; however, it shouldn’t be too small. It is advisable to consult a professional manufacturer to determine whether it is cost-effective.
Due to the operational temperature limits of the distillation tower, the material fed into it does not need to be preheated. There is too little water available for this purpose, and no other containers can be used either. What should be done?

1. If this device, or other devices owned by the same owner, have equipment that requires heating, it can be utilized. 2. Whether heat tracing is needed. If none of the above conditions are met, then discharging the water into the fire suppression tank can be considered
There is no understanding of the process or basic conditions of the LZ device, nor is the composition of the wastewater known. For wastewater at this temperature and flow rate, it is still advisable to use it locally, primarily for heat exchange.

Water at this temperature can be used to replace some of the low-pressure steam. Otherwise, just send it directly to the steam grid. However, the water needs to be desalinated. It is possible to use cooled deionized water for cooling; after use, it is sent for deoxygenation before being fed into the steam boiler.
