I wonder in which manuals one can find the stability constants of metal chelators? The chelation stability constants of citric acid, HEDP, pyrophosphoric acid, etc., used in electroplating wastewater with heavy metals
It should be available in the appendices of \"Inorganic Chemistry\" or \"Analytical Chemistry\" – the tables of stability constants for complexes. What LZ might be asking about are complexes of heavy metals; some rather rare chelates may not be available for information. LZ told us what chelate is needed; everyone will work together to look it up for you and then let you know, okay?
The original poster can upload the chelate they want to check, and everyone will help look it up. It can generally be found in KNOVEI data or at NIST.
I’m not sure about the molecular formula either; it’s not used as a chelating agent. Currently, I’m carrying out preliminary research on electroplating chelating agents, in order to determine the degree of complexation between these agents—citric acid, HEDP, and pyrophosphoric acid—and metals such as copper, nickel, and cadmium. As mentioned on the third floor, could you explain how to access KNOVEI data or NIST data? Thank you
