We want to use ammonia water to desulfurize the flue gas of the blower boiler, and the by-product is sulfuric acid. I don’t know which manufacturer has mature technology. In addition, if ammonia water is desulfurized, what is the minimum wind pressure of the induced draft fan to meet the requirements. We now have a water film dust collector behind the boiler, and the air pressure of the induced draft fan is about 24opa. Please give us some advice.

This desulfurization process uses ammonia water as the absorbent and produces sulfate anan fertilizer as a by-product. The flue gas discharged from the boiler is cooled to 90~100°C by the flue gas heat exchanger, enters the pre-scrubber and is washed to remove HCI and HF. The washed flue gas passes through the droplet separator to remove water droplets and enters the pre-scrubber. In the pre-scrubber, ammonia water is sprayed from the top of the tower to wash the flue gas. The SO2 in the flue gas is scrubbed, absorbed and removed. After the washed flue gas is discharged, the carried water droplets are removed through the droplet separator and enter the desulfurization scrubber. In the scrubber, the flue gas is further scrubbed, and the mist droplets are removed through the demister at the top of the scrubber tower, and then enters the desulfurization scrubber. It is then heated by the flue gas heat exchanger and then discharged through the chimney. The sulfuric acid anhydride solution with a concentration of about 30% produced in the washing process is discharged from the washing tower and can be sent to a fertilizer plant for further processing or sold directly as liquid nitrogen fertilizer. This solution can also be further concentrated, evaporated, dried and processed into granular, crystal or block fertilizer for sale. According to the dust removal efficiency of the water film dust collector, it is difficult to ensure the quality of the product when used for ammonia desulfurization.
