How to handle the steam leakage from the ammonium methylate condenser in the ammonia stripping unit**

The ammonia stripping urea plant in our company has been in operation for 10 years. Some time ago, there were multiple minor steam leaks at the sealing surface where the steam side cylinder of E105 (the ammonium methylate condenser) meets the high-pressure tube bank; after tightening the bolts, the leaks have stopped, but there is very little room left for further tightening of the bolts. I would appreciate some advice from experts: 1. What is the cause of the leakage? 2. I’m worried about what to do if there’s another leak The high-pressure tube box of E105 (ammonium methoxide condenser) is connected to the tubes; to replace the gaskets, it is necessary to pull out all the tubes completely (the equipment is horizontal and very heavy), which is a quite difficult task. Have any of my colleagues encountered this situation? How to handle it?
