In our company's sulfur acid production, the high-temperature diesel flue gas is directly transferred to the conversion. There is no smoke at all when the system is started, and the effect is very good. No pulverization or resistance increase is found in the conversion.

We smelt flue gas and use electric heaters. Large systems use operating furnaces that burn light diesel oil.

It should be possible. It is used in pyrite and smelting flue gas acid production processes. Sulfur is not very familiar.
We use 200,000 tons of sulfur to produce acid and use conversion electric furnaces to heat up and preheat. The temperature in the first and fourth stages can reach 430 degrees. The remaining sections are only 380 degrees, so driving is still feasible.

Zinc concentrate is used to make acid, and the conversion is heated by a two-stage electric furnace. The power of one stage of the electric furnace/the power of the four-stage electric furnace is about 4:3. The first and four stages are heated to the starting temperature at the same time.
