Generally speaking, silane coupling agents, titanate coupling agents, and aluminate coupling agents can all solve your problem. I believe that the use of coupling agents generally increases costs. Based on my experience, I recommend: 1. Remove moisture from light calcium carbonate by baking it at 150 degrees for 2–3 hours ; 2. In the high-speed mixer, an appropriate amount of calcium stearate is added for surface treatment before it is mixed into the polyvinyl chloride substrate. It should be able to effectively solve your strength issue, but it should be noted that an increase in the amount of lightweight calcium carbonate will also increase the hardness of the material.
If calcium carbonate is used, a titanate coupling agent can be added. Silane coupling agents can be added using silica. However, the coupling agent is not an essential component in the formula.
