Could you help me figure out the best translation for this word? I’ve been looking at a software recently, and there’s a sentence in it that reads: “The graphics modules provide a ‘4 view’ presentation of the module, showing the ISO view as well as the X, Y, and Z views!” Does the word “view” in this sentence refer to “dimension” or “view”? They all mean the same thing, but the first \"view\" can be translated as \"dimension\", while the others should be translated as \"view\"
If the first one is “dimension,” then the subsequent ones should not be ISO view and X,Y,Z views; according to common understanding, they should be time view and X,Y,Z views.
It should all mean view, right! By the way, what software does the original poster use? PDS?
It’s the sentence “do you know ...” that starts in CAESER II.
Have you used that software, OP? It should be these 4 views: views from the X, Y, and Z angles, plus one front view!
