Stability of compacted coal briquettes

Recently, our plant has tried to compact coal cakes on the maintenance platform, but many attempts were unsuccessful: (1) The coal collapses after the door is removed； (2) The coal completely collapses when the receiving medium bottom plate is in place ； (4) When receiving the medium-layer bottom plate, coal collapsed at the rear shield. I would like to ask everyone what the cause is
The following reasons may cause the cake to collapse: the rammer is not properly adjusted and fails to compact it properly； The ramming time is too short ； The grinding fineness is not sufficient ； Since the moisture content of the coal used in blending isn’t well controlled, it’s best to keep it between 9% and 11% ； The coal supporting plate of the coal loading vehicle is not operating stably.
The design manufacturer said that on the maintenance frame, coal cakes won’t be able to stand upright without falling; in the carbonization chamber, the coal cakes will all rest against the walls of that chamber. Is that true? Our factory controls the fineness at 86-90%, and the moisture content at 10-11.6%
It was observed that during the initial low-speed retraction process, the chain experienced significant vibration and struggled to move; I wonder what the bulk density values are as determined by various manufacturers?
