GB/T20801.1-2006 Code for pressure pipelines – Industrial pipelines: 1.3.1 This part is applicable to the design and construction of \"pressure pipelines\" as defined in the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment. The “pressure pipeline” as defined in this regulation refers to a pipeline with a maximum operating pressure of 0.1 MPa or higher for gaseous, liquefied gas, or steam media, or for liquid media that are flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, and have a maximum operating temperature of 0.1 MPa or higher at their standard boiling point, and with a nominal diameter of 25 mm or greater. 1.3.2 This section also applies to the design and construction of pressure pipelines for non-flammable, non-toxic, and non-corrosive liquids with a nominal diameter of 25 mm or less, and a maximum operating pressure of less than 0.1 MPa or in a vacuum environment. The Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment (2009) stipulate that: (III) Pressure pipelines refer to tubular devices that use a certain pressure to transport gases or liquids. They include pipelines in which the maximum operating pressure is 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) or higher for gases, liquefied gases, steam, or liquid media that are flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, and have a maximum operating temperature equal to or higher than their standard boiling point; such pipelines must also have a nominal diameter of more than 25 mm. The question is whether pipes with a diameter of less than or equal to DN25 are considered industrial pipes. How exactly should 1.3.2 in GB/T20801.1-2006 be interpreted?
Pipes smaller than DN25 are also considered industrial pipes, but they are governed by GB20801.1-2006
It is simply not within the scope of regulation by the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment

Industrial pipelines refer to the process pipelines, utility pipelines, and other auxiliary pipelines owned by enterprises and institutions and used for transporting process media. They should be independent of pipe diameter and depend only on their ownership; however, the pressure pipelines that are subject to supervision are subject to constraints such as pipe diameter, pressure, and the type of medium.

It must be an industrial pipeline, just not falling within the category of pressure pipelines.
Industrial pipelines are not determined by their diameter, and they should not be confused with the regulations governing pressure pipelines; even industrial pipelines are not necessarily pressure pipelines. If it’s a pressure pipeline, then it must be an industrial pipeline.
It is undoubtedly an industrial pipeline; those with a DN of less than 10 do not fall under the category of pressure pipelines!

For pipelines with a DN ≤ 25 mm as mentioned by LZ, as long as they fall within the scope of the aforementioned \"Pipeline Regulations,\" they should be classified as \"industrial pipelines.\" 2. Based on personal interpretation of 1.3.2 in GB/T20801.1-2006, it can be assumed that this standard can also be applied to the design and construction of industrial pipelines that are not covered by the definition of pressure pipelines given in the regulations. What I want to ask is: Is the circulating water line in the device a pressure pipeline? Are there also sewers, vent lines, etc.?
They belong to pressure pipelines; nowadays, all fire hoses are considered pressure pipelines!
Those equal to or less than DN25 do not require inspection by a boiler inspection agency. But it can still be an industrial pipeline.
