I would like to learn about the energy-saving and emission-reduction renovation project of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group. The total estimated investment for this project is 5.5 billion yuan; it mainly involves the construction of production facilities capable of producing 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 520,000 tons of urea, and 600,000 tons of methanol per year, as well as the utility systems and auxiliary facilities required to support these production units. The project construction period is 36 months. Upon completion of the project, it is expected to generate an additional annual sales revenue of 2.6 billion yuan. After the project is implemented, COD emissions will be reduced by 1,283.6 tons per year, accounting for 92.5% of the total emissions ; Sulfur dioxide emissions were reduced by 3,026.4 tons, accounting for 80.2% of the total emissions, while ammonia nitrogen emissions met the **standards. I am in the valve trading business and would like to know in detail the current progress of this project
The process package has just been finalized, and work on the long-cycle equipment has already begun. A 260-ton/hour boiler will be installed first to supply steam to the production area; progress is fast for this one, while it is slower for the rest.
If you are interested, you can follow the Shaanxi Province Tendering and Procurement Website; the information you need is available there, and it is open for tendering.
I wonder which design institute was responsible for the design?
