Are the technical specifications for pressure vessels welded from stainless steel composite plates, CD130A3-84, no longer in force? I’m looking for some standards related to pressure vessels made from stainless steel composite plates
No new manufacturing standards have been released recently
The main requirements are in accordance with GB150 and relevant code specifications; for welding, heat treatment, and other related aspects, the following standards can be referred to: HG20580–HG20585 for basic regulations on the design of steel chemical containers, GBT985.4-2008 for recommended groove designs for composite steels, GBT8165-2008 for stainless steel composite sheets and strips, GBT8547-2006 for titanium steel composite sheets, GBT13147-1991 for welding technical requirements for copper and copper alloy composite sheets, GBT13148-2008 for welding technical requirements for stainless steel composite sheets, GBT13149-1991 for welding technical requirements for titanium and titanium alloy composite sheets, JBT4709 for welding procedures for steel pressure vessels, Appendix A of SH3527-1999 for welding procedures for stainless steel composite materials used in petrochemical industries, and SHT3074-2007 for steel pressure vessels in the petrochemical industry
It hasn’t been invalidated; that’s the standard practice. :):):handshake:handshake:handshake
