I modified it as follows: when the temperature is higher (maybe in summer) due to the heat exchanger area in condenser is fixed, so only increasing the top pressure of Distillation Column to increase the hot side temperature of the Distillation Column condenser, hence, the heat transfer delta T will keep at constant , also to ensure that heating load of condenser was keeping at same codition.
