However, the properties of the crude oil in each well site were different. Although crude oil evaluation and analysis was done, the fluctuations during operation were still large. When the nature of the crude oil is light, the reaction depth is too large, the catalyst activity is too strong, and it is easy for the two vessels to exceed the limit. Temperature, when the nature of the crude oil is heavy, the catalyst activity is insufficient, and it is necessary to re-add the agent to maintain the activity, which can easily cause carbon piles. This requires careful observation of the reaction operation during the monitoring process, which undoubtedly increases the labor intensity. Because of the influence of the nature of the crude oil, no good solution has been found. I don’t know if adjusting the crude oil blending ratio can solve this problem. Let’s discuss it.
The size of the slag ratio is the root of the problem. If the raw material is heavy, more coke will be generated, which will affect the regeneration operation, the activity of the catalyst and the operation of the fractionation system. If the raw material conditions permit, you can add more light components, such as: Wax oil, atmospheric residual oil, etc. ; If the raw material is lighter, the opposite is true. If a heater is provided, the operation will be much more flexible, but the tolerance limit of the unit must be carefully considered. :handshake
