What qualifications are required to install a heat transfer oil furnace?

As the title suggests, I would like to ask fellow sailors (especially those who work in installation companies): what kind of qualifications are required to install heat transfer oil boilers?
A boiler installation license of level 3 or higher is required; for details, refer to TSG G3001-2004 \"Rules for the Supervision and Management of Boiler Installation and Modification Units\".
Dear friend upstairs, the information provided there classifies levels 1, 2, and 3 based on pressure ratings, but it doesn’t mention how heat transfer oil boilers are classified or categorized. Is the pressure of heat transfer oil boilers generally 1.0 MPa? Based on this pressure level, they can be classified into three categories according to the boiler installation license requirements (Note: 1. No nominal pressure limit; 2. Not more than 2.5 MPa; 3. Not more than 1.6 MPa). Please clarify this, thank you!
