Recently, the new installation has been in operation for more than 60 days. The 11.5MPa superheated steam pipe 100 has been welded by the construction unit to make a fixed pipe holder. The bending deformation of the pipe is large. Now the fixed pipe holder is removed and the welding is removed to become a movable pipe holder. However, the pipe is not straightened. Let's discuss the impact and whether it is necessary to replace the pipe.
To find the fundamental problem, it may be that the pipeline is not flexible enough. It is much better to do a stress analysis.
The steam was sent too quickly. The heating pipe facilities were not done well... As long as you pay attention to it in the future, it's not a big problem. Just make more convex bends and observe more.
The construction of steam pipelines must be carried out in strict accordance with the pipeline construction manual. It is wrong to weld the movable pipe support into a fixed pipe support without considering the nature of the pipeline medium. Now I can only say to observe more, if possible, replace or improve the severe deformation, and make expansion joints (bends) as mentioned on the third floor.
There is no need to replace the pipes. It would be much better to add a few expansion knots or turns.
