Do yours have superheaters? Consider it. Also, the instrument needs to be checked.
We do have superheaters, and they are high- and low-temperature superheaters
We have an auxiliary boiler system here, which uses boiler feed water to generate superheated steam. If not controlled properly and the superheat is insufficient, the steam produced will have a pressure that meets the requirements, but its temperature will not be at the desired level – it will be too low. On our end, we use several stages of cooling and heating to gradually superheat the boiler feed water. If the thermostat is not controlled properly and too much water enters, the outlet temperature will be very low. Check whether too much cooling water is being supplied, or if your steam output is higher than the normal amount you calculated.
It’s either a problem with the superheater or a problem with the desuperheating water, right?
