It’s related to your liquid level; check to see if the level is dropping too quickly.

A sudden drop in pressure without a decrease in ammonia emission must indicate a change in the volume of gas: 1. This could cause a failure in the compressor, leading to changes in the gas volume; 2. It may be that the amount of CO2 in the previous process has changed, resulting in low pressure at the compressor outlet ; 3. Excessive manual opening of the high-pressure system or sudden activation of the safety vent ; 4. It could also be a fault with the pressure gauge, resulting in false readings.
If it is really “N/C0.97”, has the raw material ammonia supply been interrupted or **reduced?

The pressure drops quickly; in my opinion, there are only three possible reasons for this: 1. Instrument distortion, allowing it to drop as fast as it wants. 2. The amount of CO2 decreases, or for some reason the volume of gas in the high-pressure chamber drops suddenly. 3. No anti-corrosion air is added at all, but the operating conditions of the compressor will still change. Sudden increases or drops in pressure can generally only be caused by changes in the gas phase.
