In the past few days, people in our refinery have been very excited. It is said that PetroChina will shut down some small refineries. Poor Jinxi and Jinzhou, they say they will shut down one of them. This "stop" means shutting down all the units on the basis of the original shutdown of some units. In that case, the wages and bonuses of the refinery employees will probably be a problem! Looking at the news, the National Development and Reform Commission has been approving tens of millions of tons of oil refining bases in the past two years, not just one or two! The trend is definitely toward large-scale development, but workers in old refineries must also be considered. After all, they have contributed half their lives or more to the petrochemical industry. I hope it can be properly resolved.
