Our factory wishes to obtain a manufacturing license for Class A waste heat boilers and Class A boiler accessories (collectors and coiled tubes). How should we prepare the products for inspection? Please help come up with some ideas. Since the product under inspection does not have defined users, what should be done with it without considering selling it? Especially for Class A waste heat boilers, does anyone have ready-made drawings? If you have any good suggestions, please send them to my email: WKJJJS@YAHOO.COM.CN
In my opinion, to obtain a manufacturing license for Class A waste heat boilers and Class A boiler accessories (manifolds and serpentine tubes), one must meet the corresponding requirements for Class A boilers as stipulated in the “Licensing Conditions for the Manufacturing of Boilers and Pressure Vessels” outlined in Document No. 194 [2003] issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China; Certification for Aj-class waste heat boilers has never been an issue in cases where they are not sold, as the manufacturing cost of such boilers is high; it would be a real waste not to sell them ; Users of waste heat boilers of different Aj grades require boilers with varying structures or parameters. For each design of an A-grade boiler with distinct structural or parameter characteristics, the drawings must first be evaluated by a testing and inspection institution in the respective province that has been approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine before manufacturing is permitted. You can find on the website of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine the companies that have obtained licenses to manufacture A-grade waste heat boilers and accessories for A-grade boilers (collectors and coiled tubes), and consult them regarding this matter.
I didn’t make that clear above because evidence collection was required; I didn’t have any existing orders, but a prototype needed to be created. Therefore, without considering sales, the focus was solely on meeting the requirements for the evidence review. For costs below 100,000 yuan, the lower the better, of course. Please help come up with some ideas on what kind of structure would be good.
