We are using 180-degree dilute sulfuric acid and plan to employ PFA-lined process ball valves; could you advise us on which brands, domestic or international, are better? Which domestic manufacturer can supply ball valves for sulfuric acid at temperatures below 140 degrees?
Our products can reach 150. If you’re interested, feel free to discuss it; QQ: 287821815, email: *nguisun@163.com
The German Samson model can reach 200
XOMOX’s PFA-lined ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves are the company’s strengths, and they represent leading products on the international market as well. The maximum temperature for PFA-lined ball valves is 204 degrees.
The 140 model available domestically is fine; for 180, it might be necessary to import it, as domestic manufacturing standards make it difficult to ensure quality. It’s advisable to use ceramic valves in such cases
I also want to know which domestic company produces PFA valves of relatively good quality; our company, which manufactures ultra-pure electronic-grade products, needs to make purchases from such suppliers
Our company specializes in PFA swivel valves with replaceable seat assemblies; they are not of the lined type, and the PFA seats can be installed directly into the valve body without the need for heating
Look for S+S, the pioneer of rubber-lined valves with a 150-year history
In China, avoid using it when the temperature exceeds 100 degrees – problems are bound to occur. If you can afford it, opt for ceramic or imported brands; we can discuss this in more detail! @
Nonsense. Our valve seats can withstand temperatures of up to 220 degrees; I conducted experiments myself, and at 200 degrees, there was not the slightest sign of melting in the PFA material. Moreover, what our company produces are not high-temperature linings but rather components designed for installation. If products rated for only 100 degrees can’t be used in China, then can’t those manufacturers that use PTFE guarantee performance at around 120-130 degrees as well?
A long-term operating temperature of 150 degrees for PFA in domestic applications is no problem; we produce products using this material
Testing and use are two different things, as there are many operating conditions that cannot be clearly defined! If you’re completely confident, give them a strong push and see how it goes! Hehe~~

The products of our company perform well under various operating conditions, and they are used in various acetic acid production projects. The largest 14-inch, 600LB ball valve with a replaceable seat made of zirconium in the country was manufactured by our company; it is currently in use in the Hualu Hengsheng facility
