Generally, good mud pumps are used. We can use it with an IS pump.
The pressure pumps used in our factory are prone to breaking down, and they need to be repaired every few days.
The main issue is with the selection of the pump’s parameters; it might be related to the pump bearings, or perhaps the pump pressure is too high, resulting in high torque that leads to wear and damage
What type of pump is the pressure pump? Is it a term used in the manufacturing process?
For example, how should the supporting equipment be selected for a 200M2 filter press?
Based on the process calculations, the size of the filter press should be determined; it is appropriate to choose a pump that is one capacity level higher than required. One should not consider only power consumption – larger slurry pumps have greater capacity and are less likely to get damaged
A sufficiently large flow rate and variable head are required. The driving force for plate and frame filtration is the pressure difference on both sides of the filter cloth.
A pneumatic diaphragm pump can be used, as it is less prone to mechanical damage.
Centrifugal pumps made of wear-resistant alloy materials are a good choice. Sealing gasket ring for sealing purposes. Shandong Slurry Pump Factory, Hangzhou Alkali Pump Factory, and others all produce such wear-resistant slurry pumps.
