Can a φ76×12 seamless steel pipe be made into a 180° elbow for use? What manufacturing process should be employed, with an elbow radius of 110 mm? Thank you~
It is quite difficult to manufacture an 180° elbow with a radius of 110 mm using φ76×12 seamless steel pipes. Elbows can be cast from cast steel.
I checked GB/T12459-2005 – this radius is not specified there. Could you use 180-degree seamless fittings of DN65 instead?

If you use stainless steel, whose toughness is better than that of carbon steel, you can try using a mandrel as a fixture inside the pipe before bending it.

180° should be 90 degrees, right?
Does LZ mean a U-shaped bend? Your bending radius is close to 1.5D, so it should be possible; a mold will be needed, along with sand filling and heat bending. Actually, just weld two 90-degree elbows together, right?
Two 90-degree elbows can be welded together to the desired size. Turn to 180 degrees.
Cold bending is not possible; hot bending can be used instead. A simple way is to purchase two 90-degree elbows and use them to create an 180-degree elbow.
Cold bending is not possible. Thermal bending can be achieved by using an inclined horse shoe in combination with a bending jig, or by using internal support hinges together with a bending jig; these two methods usually allow for the bending of 90-degree elbows, which are then welded together to form 180-degree elbows. The shape won’t look good. It is best to use seamless pipe fittings (with a bending radius of 1.5D) as elbows. If the quantity is sufficient, the pipe fitting factory can be asked to manufacture it.
