Vessels such as atmospheric towers and vacuum towers generally do not require heat treatment; although they are large in size, the time from material preparation to fabrication is not long. It also depends on the manufacturing capacity; generally, it’s 6–8 months, for reference only.
It usually starts from the PO, around 30 weeks, depending on how the contract is drawn up.
This includes processes such as preparing proposals, designing construction drawings, and conducting design reviews, in addition to manufacturing, etc.; the fastest time required is half a year. With a volume of over 9 million tons, this is a substantial project! It can be completed quite quickly within one year.
Although I am not involved in production in this area, the supplier can complete it by the time you need it. However, a tower of that size should take a long time – at least half a year
Starting from the signing of the PO, 8 months is too long. For vacuum towers, they are generally manufactured on-site; those with a diameter of over 10 meters cannot be transported.
