Dear Haiyou friends, you have encountered urgent heat exchanger selection problems at work. Can you help? The specific known data are as follows: Use heat treatment furnace flue gas to preheat the air. The flue gas inlet is about 500 degrees, the flue gas outlet is about 150 degrees, and the flow rate is 11,000 cubic meters/hour. The inlet air is at normal temperature, the outlet temperature is 300 degrees, and the flow rate is 5900 cubic meters/hour. Are these known conditions sufficient? It should be better to choose "fin tube heat exchanger"
