Generally, gas mass flow meters are greatly affected by water vapor. 2. It is related to the medium flowing within the pipeline; it is necessary to determine whether there is flow of medium in the pipeline, whether in the forward or reverse direction. 3. It is related to interference; it is necessary to check whether the flow meter has large vibration sources such as motors, as well as electromagnetic interference. Generally, minor disturbances can be eliminated through small-signal rejection
First, check what type of flow meter you are using. Then verify whether there is indeed no flow of fluid in the pipe. Next, check if the zero point of the flow meter has shifted, and reset it if necessary
