When starting up the synthesis tower, what is the role of the water heater? In my process, the fluid flows out of the synthesis tower, then to the waste heat exchanger, and then to the water heater; it also goes to the gas-gas heat exchanger (the make-up water first reaches the water heater and then the waste heat exchanger). When the temperature at the outlet of the synthesis tower reaches 170 degrees, the fluid is sent to the waste heat exchanger. I would like to know when the water heater should be put into use. At 170 degrees, the water heater will definitely get damaged...
Does the gas-to-gas heat exchanger heat the inlet gas to the synthesis tower? If not, the heat after the exit of the synthesis tower is of no use for starting up the plant; the waste heat boiler and water heater should be put into use as early as possible ; If so, the design temperature of the water heater should be checked; it should be put into use once that temperature is reached.
It is to enable heat exchange between the gas entering the synthesis tower and the gas exiting it, thereby preheating the gas entering the tower and recovering heat~~
Is the water in the water heater coming from your synthesis tube?? Perhaps the process is different; in my case, soft water is supplied for use, and it circulates continuously during operation. There are no valves to control the water flow during synthesis, except that the conversion unit is used to make adjustments when something goes wrong!
There’s nothing to say; just put it into use ahead of time.
I used to modify the process: water with potassium was added, using cold water in the return water system, while hot water from the boiler was used in the waste boiler. It can be used while driving.
It’s okay. Water must have been pre-added to the waste heat exchanger. When the temperature at the exit of the synthesis tower reaches 170 degrees, the waste heat exchanger is put into use; at this point the pressure is at atmospheric level, and the temperature at the exit of the synthesis tower is around 110 degrees (it certainly won’t be higher than the temperature during normal operation), so the water heater should be able to handle it. I don’t quite agree with the view from downstairs. When the waste heat boiler is in operation, if water is not added in advance, it is inevitable that there will be sudden changes in temperature and pressure when water is added, which is detrimental to the equipment and its operation. The liquid level should be kept at the lower limit while driving the machine; as the synthesis tower’s temperature rises, steam should be used to heat the vessel, so that both processes can remain roughly synchronized. We generate steam from waste heat boilers; the soft water comes from the hot water tank, and the water heater supplies hot water for the conversion process. Did LZ ask whether to use the waste boiler while driving? Of course, it should not be poured in immediately; otherwise, the heat from the water will cause heating, and the temperature rise will be very slow. It is recommended to add steam before putting the used boiler back into use; add water only once the temperature rises
