How to translate “rundown line”?

It indeed depends on the context: to give two examples for the original poster’s reference, rundown line: finished (oil) pipelines; gravity heating rundown lines: oil pipelines that rely on gravity for flow
I think it’s a “finished pipeline,” but it still depends on the context
It seems to also imply the meaning of a “production pipeline”
I have repeatedly called on forums to state the context when posting requests for help – the specific meaning of a single word can be very complex, and different fields or different processes and equipment correspond to various Chinese terms. Posts like this without context are of no help!
Google’s professional translation is: “finished conduit”!
If it’s a runout line, I would guess it’s a pipeline for flow fluids (liquid accumulated inside equipment or reactors, etc.). Is a rundown line the same type of pipeline, just located at the bottom of equipment or containers? It’s just a wild guess
