1. Leak checks on the synthesis tower must be carried out regularly to ensure unobstructed flow; any blockages detected should be addressed promptly. 2. The tower must be drained if the shutdown time of the synthesis tower exceeds 24 hours; it also needs to be drained in case of a second shutdown within 24 hours. 3. The nickel content in the finished urea product must be strictly controlled below 0.25 PPm; if it exceeds 0.3 PPm, the production process should be stopped immediately for inspection and treatment. 4. During normal operation, it is necessary to keep the hydrogen sulfide content in the raw material gas fed into the synthesis tower at less than or equal to 15 mg/L, and the oxygen content within the range of 0.5–0.8, in order to prevent corrosion of the urea production equipment. 5. The pH value of the vapor used for leak detection in the synthesis tower must be monitored regularly; if it exceeds 7, it should be reported immediately for appropriate action, and the plant should be shut down promptly as necessary. It is strictly prohibited to keep the plant operating despite such issues in order to increase production.
