HG20592 states that the operating conditions for commercial-grade hex bolts should meet the following requirements: 1) PN≤1.6MPa; 2) applications without severe cyclic loading; 3) use of non-metallic gaskets; 4) environments where the medium is not flammable, explosive, or highly toxic. The operating conditions for commercial-grade double-ended studs and nuts shall meet the following requirements: 1) PN≤4.0MPa; 2) In applications without severe cycling, special-grade studs and nuts should be used in addition to those mentioned above. It mentions that in the cases specified in point four where the toxicity level is high, “moderate hazard” represents a situation with a high level of hazard, right? Moderate hazard is also a relatively high hazard. Intense cyclic anastomosis should result in relatively high stress on the bolts, right?
Intense cycling refers to the continuous stress on connections; moderate hazards should not be considered severe hazards, as some of the explosion-proof equipment we use are generally of Category B, which is designed for environments with moderate levels of flammability, explosiveness, and toxicity.
