Repair of broken heat exchange tubes E1306 in the SUPERHEATER of the SHELL gasifier

Our company has encountered a situation where the heat exchange tubes in the gasifier superheater E1306 have broken. I’ve heard that similar issues have occurred at other manufacturers as well; could we exchange information so that we can all benefit from each other’s experiences? Thank you!
What caused the break? Are you from Yongcheng? It must have been caused by an explosion
If it occurs multiple times at the same location, it should be a stress issue, not a material issue
Is it caused by manufacturing issues or something else?
Please explain the reasons in detail. This has also happened, at the beginning of driving; it was a manufacturing issue – the welding used to support the pipes affected their quality.
The break was caused by the foreigners; we are also analyzing it. The foreigners refuse to talk and only take responsibility for free repairs
It wasn’t caused by an explosion; there’s no need to think of it as something that scary! I guess there might be stress defects, but BBE doesn’t think so
As of today, I hear it still hasn’t been fixed and the results are not satisfactory
