Yes, the reason is as stated in Article 7.4.3.2 of Document No. 255, \"Detailed Rules for Safety Assessment of Hazardous Chemicals Construction Projects (Trial)\\": It is necessary to investigate and analyze the following aspects of safety production management: 1) The establishment and implementation of the safety production responsibility system; 2) The formulation and implementation of safety production management systems; 3) The formulation and implementation of safety technical regulations and operational safety procedures; ⒋The establishment of safety production management agencies and the allocation of full-time safety production managers; ⒌ Safety production knowledge and management capabilities of the main responsible persons, those in charge of specific areas, safety management personnel, and other management staff ; ⒍The level of knowledge regarding safety procedures, specialized technical skills, occupational health protection, and emergency response among other professionals ; ⒎Investment in work safety ; ⒏Inspection status of work safety; ⒐ Identification of major hazard sources, as well as testing, assessment, and monitoring of those identified major hazard sources ; ⒑The provision of personal protective equipment for workers, as well as its inspection, maintenance, and compliance with statutory testing requirements.
