This question is too general. If we consider only the oil and gas recovery units, there is not much difference between those used for loading onto ships and those used for loading onto trucks; the difference might be merely in scale. Oil and gas collection from oil tankers can be a challenging task, and there is relatively little information available on this topic; those who are familiar with it could please explain it.
