I’m a student who has just started working in this factory; there’s a lot I don’t understand. I follow my supervisor every day, but I’m not sure about what aspects I should pay more attention to or what I need to learn in order to become a competent worker more quickly. I hope everyone can give me some advice.
Attention to detail is knowledge everywhere! One should first look at the process to understand the manufacturing procedures and equipment related to one’s own position; if there are things that are not clear, go to the site to observe and study them, as this should help in making faster progress.
