Could everyone give some advice?

Is it necessary to have already been working in chemical engineering design in order to apply? I plan to take the basic exam after graduating from undergraduate school, but I also intend to pursue a master’s degree, so I haven’t started working yet. Is that okay? Also, should I take the exam now to do well, or wait until I start working before taking it? What are everyone’s suggestions? :handshake
It’s not difficult to pass that exam; go take it when you need to
Taking the certification exam and continuing with postgraduate studies are not mutually exclusive; you can first obtain the basic certification after meeting the required duration of experience, and then pursue the more specialized one – after all, having multiple certifications is not a burden. Graduating from graduate school and looking for a job is also a factor to consider!
When registering online, there is an application form that needs to be stamped by the company. Once you have passed all the basic exams in your field, you will need this stamped form to obtain the certificate; therefore, you cannot take the exams yet, unless you can find a company to help you get the stamp

I think for now I should treat the requirements for engineers as requirements for my own learning, because I’ve found that there are many subjects that aren’t offered in our major, so I have to learn them on my own. However, there is still a small question: is this professional certificate only meaningful for those working in chemical engineering design?
