When changing shifts while driving, since no steam is generated or only a small amount of steam is produced in the new shift, what should be done with the steam superheater? Would the steam superheater be damaged due to heating issues if no steam passed through it?
Process gas generally passes through a bypass first, with steam being used to preheat the superheater; once proper preheating has been achieved, the steam intended for superheating is introduced, and the degree of superheating is controlled. Only when this degree of superheating meets the requirements of the pipeline network can the gas be connected to it!
I think steam can first be introduced through the saturated expansion network for venting, and only after it meets the requirements can it be connected to the superheating network. If the superheater is fed directly with steam from the waste boiler, the substandard steam from that boiler can be vented into the superheater!

The gas for our steam superheater comes from gasification; after being superheated, it is sent into the pipeline network
A steam supply of 1.2 Mpa is generally provided between the steam superheater and the waste boiler for starting up and warming the pipes. So you should turn on the steam before driving to warm the pot and the pipes. That way, the problem you mentioned won’t occur.
