We need an exhaust-backpressure steam turbine to drive the air compressor, with the following specific parameters: Power: 6800 KW; inlet steam pressure: 4.5 Mpa at saturation; The export process requires two types of steam: 1.8 Mpa steam at a rate of 10 t/h (for exhaust) ; The rest is 1.0 Mpa steam (back pressure). All require steam, with no condensate water produced. To achieve this operating condition, what is the required steam inlet flow rate for this turbine? How is it calculated? What is the steam consumption of this turbine? (KG/KW)

Our facility has a fan driven by an exhaust-backpressure type turbine, with the following design parameters: Power: 1930 KW; inlet steam pressure: 3.5 Mpa; flow rate: 29.2 tons per hour; Two types of backpressure steam are exported: one is 1.7 Mpa steam at a rate of 9.6 t/h ; The remainder is 19.6 tons per hour of 0.3Mpa steam.
