Recovery of propylene gas

When maintaining the propylene reflux pumps used in conventional refineries, the medium inside the pumps is often drained, which results in significant waste. Is there a good way to recover the propylene from within the pumps? Larger pumps will release a lot, which is really heartbreaking. All fellow sailors, feel free to share your suggestions; this is also a common issue encountered during repairs.
This can be connected to a bleed line. Here, it is delivered via a bus to the gas holder, where it is recovered using a screw compressor.
I’m not majoring in chemical engineering; often, just a few kilometers away from several petrochemical plants, I would see huge fires, and I’d think to myself that petrochemical companies must be very wealthy! A huge fire! 1. How much does it take to burn every day? How much is it per year? 2. It pollutes the environment; the area around petrochemical companies always has a strange smell. Is there really no way to solve it? I hope everyone can discuss this together, at least to draw everyone’s attention!
