What size blower is needed for a 2600mm gas generator? How large fans are required for 2 fixed-bed batch gas generators using anthracite, and what are their models?
Brother upstairs: You can’t determine the fan selection in that way. First, consider the pressure head required by the fan; then look at how many fans are needed along with how many furnaces there are. After that, calculate the air volume, and the basic parameters of the fan will be determined.
Our plant’s 2610mm gas generation furnaces use D500 fans, with one fan being paired to four furnaces; during summer, the wind pressure and volume are insufficient. To increase the blowing intensity, gas generation furnaces in the 2600 series currently generally use C or D series 600 fans paired with 4 furnaces. If there are two gas generators, C500 or D500 fans are more economical.
