How to extend the service life of equipment used for forming liquid sulfur steel strips? We have used brands such as Sanpu, Ruibao, and Sanyuwik – and problems arose after one year in each case. I don’t know; the issues mentioned by the original poster are all from those areas. It would be best to list them! We are currently using Ruibao’s.
We’re using Rebo’s version; it’s said to last for six years. We’ve only been using it for a year so far, and it’s performing well
1. The tightness of the steel strip should be adjusted properly. 2. The reducer and steel belt should be adjusted properly. 3. The reducer controls the speed well. 4. The distributor ensures the temperature. 5. Ensure the temperature and purity of liquid sulfur. 6. Adjust the angle and tightness of the scraper.

The adhesive strips on both sides of the steel strip tend to come off, causing sulfur leakage. Another issue is that the cooling water nozzles tend to get clogged.
How to control CI- in the cooling water? Is it a separate circulating water system? How to align a 7.5-meter-long steel strip? Do anyone have any suggestions?

The common problem these days is that competition among equipment suppliers to drive down prices often comes at the expense of reducing the quality of the equipment produced (since labor and raw material costs are relatively transparent). Therefore, when signing the equipment purchase contract, users request that the supplier include in the contract the overall technical requirements for the equipment (such as production capacity) as well as the technical specifications for the key components of the equipment. For example: the methods used to prevent corrosion and rust on the frame (painting or galvanizing), and the standards regarding the levelness, straightness, and parallelism of the frame after installation ; -Material and machining accuracy standards for drive and tensioning drums ; -Brands of bearings and motors ; -The brand of the steel strip, its place of origin (for strips that are manufactured abroad and then imported – a certificate of origin for such strips must be provided), as well as the precision standards regarding the dimensions, flatness, and straightness of the steel strip. Hehe, the company of the original poster is really impressive; there aren’t many manufacturers in China that have used three granulators of this type. There are various opinions regarding these three manufacturers, but all of them have issues in your case. It might be necessary to consider aspects such as regular equipment maintenance and other related usage issues as well.
