Our factory produces methanol, and we conduct spring and autumn inspections every year. I would like to ask who is responsible for preparing these inspection plans.
It’s usually written by the workshop technician, right?
Proposed by workshop technician ---- Approved by workshop supervisor ---- Reviewed by production department ---- Approved by senior management; The workshop technician proposes spare parts, materials, and other resources to prepare the groundwork for maintenance work——approval from the relevant department—is obtained——followed by procurement by the procurement department ; The workshop prepares the process treatment plan ----- It is approved by the competent department ----- Reviewed by management ----- Sent to the workshop for preparation ; The maintenance unit prepares the maintenance plan ----- It is approved by the competent department ----- Then it is sent to the maintenance department for preparation ; The Production Department prepares the start-up, shutdown, and maintenance schedule——it is approved by management—and then distributed to various production units for implementation ; Establish various specialized teams—identify responsible persons and job requirements ; Preparation and distribution of various forms and management documents for inspections, acceptance tests, process treatments, blind plate installation/removal, hot work, and calibration of safety accessories. Identification of the outsourced entity and signing of the contract. The list for the inspection of pressure pipelines and pressure vessels is determined and submitted to the boiler inspection agency. There are others. Equipment maintenance is a systematic task that requires the collaboration of multiple departments. Therefore, designate a leading department, such as the production department, and then assign specific tasks in detail with clear responsibilities for each person. First, set a target parking time, and then determine the final start time for the maintenance based on the readiness level.
The workshop maintenance plan is prepared by the workshop’s equipment officer, while the overall plant maintenance plan is prepared by the Mobile Department, which is responsible for managing the equipment across the entire plant.
----Different factories have different management models, so the requirements also vary. As long as it exists, it is reasonable. Just as our management department was originally the Mobility Department, its functions related to production management were later integrated, and it became the Production Department.
It is generally prepared jointly by technicians from the Process Department, Equipment Department, and the workshops
The workshop maintenance plan is prepared by the workshop’s equipment officer, while the overall plant maintenance plan is developed by the Production Department. The maintenance plan is prepared by the equipment operator and the process engineer; the process engineer is generally responsible for formulating the technical and safety measures required for system shutdown, while the equipment operator is in charge of determining the specific steps to be followed for the maintenance work. Subsequently, the plan is approved by the workshop supervisor, the production department, the safety and environmental protection department, and the senior management.
What was said on the 5th floor is the same as what we have now. It turns out that the Process Department, the Equipment Department, and the Production Office have been merged into the Production Department. The plant-wide maintenance plan and scheduling are determined by the Production Department, based on the information submitted by various workshops, to ensure unified arrangement
General overhauls are typically prepared by workshop technicians or workshop managers! Each is prepared by the section leaders or workshop supervisors under it! Next, the team leader can also write it. There are no particular requirements for ordinary companies. But be careful about safety, energy conservation, time saving, etc.
