I have a question about physical problems in PROII

When I was using PROII to determine the lower heating value, I noticed that there are many property items in the Component Properties – Miscellaneous Properties window; some of the names are not clear to me. Could you please explain what triple point temperature, triple point pressure, heat of combustion, gross heating value, and lower heating value mean? Is the heat of combustion, that is, the combustion heat, a high calorific value or a low calorific value? triple point temperature, temperature at the triple point; triple point pressure, pressure at the triple point; heat of combustion, energy released during combustion; gross heating value, total heat content; lower heating value, heat content available for use
Gross heating value: total heat value. Triple point temperature: the temperature at which solid, liquid, and gas phases coexist. Triple point pressure: the pressure at the triple point. The triple point refers to the condition where solid, liquid, and gas phases exist together What does that mean specifically? In what situations are these physical properties generally used?
