The ZA series is a mature product of Sulzer Company. Due to its versatility and sound design, this technology has been widely adopted by many manufacturers in the country! 100 indicates that the outlet diameter of this pump is 100 mm ； The 3 in 3250 indicates that this pump uses suspension component number 3 ； 250 indicates that the diameter of the impeller is 250 mm! :)
Thank you, but during the pump selection process, how is this suspension component determined? For example, if a pump model such as ZA100-250A is selected, but when trying to find its dimensions, models like ZA100-3250 and ZA100-1200 appear as well – how should these be matched?
This suspension component wasn’t specified by you; it was predetermined by the manufacturer! After you select the model, you just need to tell the manufacturer the speed! For example, ZA100-250 ； ZA100-200 will do! If you want to know the dimensions, then for the same model, such as: ZA150-3250 ； ZA150-2250 ； This means that both pumps have the same inlet and outlet dimensions as well as the same impeller diameter; the only difference lies in their suspension components ； Suspension No. 3 is used at 2950 revolutions, while Suspension No. 2 is used at 1475 revolutions! Also, the 100-3250 you mentioned last time doesn’t have this model; it should be the 100-2250! For some pumps, the suspension used for 2-pole and 4-pole motors is the same; specific dimensions can be found in the sample! But the size of the samples is generally not very accurate! :)
