Abnormality in the pump

The feed pump (high-speed pump) of my paraffin hydrogenation unit is emitting a harsh whistling sound, but the vibration and temperature are within normal ranges. What causes it? ?
Reason: 1. Damage to the pump’s mechanical seal； ⒉Damage to the motor or pump bearings ； ⒊Pump evacuation ； ⒋Foreign object brought to the coupling area ； ⒌The motor impeller is loose, or even partially detached. Go to the site and call in the fitter and electrician to handle it together.
Yes, a high-speed pump must be started by giving it an immediate full throttle start; as soon as the start button is pressed, if there’s an abnormal sound after about a minute, the pump must be stopped immediately. Otherwise, the mechanical seal will be damaged due to high-speed friction, resulting in a whistling noise. . . Abnormal sound is usually caused by a failed seal. . . :lol
If it’s not due to the equipment, then it’s caused by too low an outlet flow rate, resulting in pressure buildup. Our unit has a high-speed pump that also makes a screeching noise when the output volume is low; in such cases, opening the bypass valve slightly solves the problem.
