Regarding the maintenance of gas blowers

A member of the forum: Our factory plans to open the cover of the blower in order to inspect the impeller, but both the inlet and outlet electric butterfly valves do not seal properly. I would like to ask what other good solutions exist aside from using blind plates?
Sealing treatment for coal gas pipelines before and after the blower. I’m not sure if a water-sealing pipe was included during the design.
There is no other option; blind plates must be used, or a gate valve should be placed in front of the blower. What we have designed is a gate valve.
If it’s not sealed properly, quickly install a blind flange and replace the gate valve. No further maintenance needed? Just this once?
