When I use HYSYS for dynamic distillation, the pressure in the tower cannot be controlled. What could be the reason? How should Kc and Ti in PID be set, and how do their values affect the simulation results?
A valve is added to the gas-phase product stream line of the top reflux tank to enable pressure control, with the target being the pressure in the distillation tower, which is adjusted by the opening degree of the valve. Since the properties of your fluid are different, the parameters set for this valve need to be appropriate. If you lack experience, you can try several different numbers to see the results
