Our leader requires that the turbines be operated in an energy-saving manner! Do anyone have any good suggestions?
Try to avoid reverse flow; use rotational speed to control pressure, and strive to increase the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the turbine. Set the inlet pressure at its upper limit and the outlet pressure at its lower limit.
Energy-saving operation measures for turbines: 1. Adjust the speed in a timely manner according to the load of the equipment; ⒉When the load is low, the temperature of the medium is low, which allows for a reduction in the amount of cooling required for the medium (for example, by stopping air cooling or reducing the volume of cooling water used). This helps to prevent surging in the compressor, reduces its speed, and lowers steam consumption ; ⒊Ensure stable turbine vacuum at the lowest possible level to guarantee smooth operation of the unit and save energy.
1. Slightly increase the temperature of the inlet medium. 2. Reduce the backpressure steam pressure. 3. Reduce the pressure in the outlet system. 4. Increase the pressure of the inlet system. 5. Reduce the anti-surge valve opening while ensuring that the compressor does not surge.
It would be better to specify what type of unit it is and what its size is
1. Install a speed control system (505) to adjust the rotational speed according to operating conditions. 2. The backpressure machine should reduce the backpressure as much as possible while still meeting the steam demands of the downstream systems; the total condenser should be used to lower the vacuum level. 3. Increase the inlet steam pressure. 4. Raise the inlet steam temperature. 5. For the total condenser, it is possible to install an additional cooler before the circulating water cooler in order to reuse heat and thereby reduce the load on the circulating water system
