Those who have harmonization asphalt and heavy oil, please help

I work for a company that deals in the sale of heavy oil and the production of asphalt. Recently, some customers have requested heavy oil with a dynamic viscosity of 180 at 50°C – what is commonly referred to as \"180\" grade oil. The oil we currently have available includes Renqiu residue oil, Hohhot slurry oil, and some asphalt tail oil. Has anyone dealt with this before? I would appreciate any guidance you can provide! If it’s convenient for you, you can send over the properties of the oils mentioned above. Also, if you have the necessary expertise, I suggest that you work together with a laboratory to make adjustments through sample analysis; this will also help improve your professional skills. Mixing asphalt isn’t difficult at all.
